ARRIVAL AT BEIJING INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
A welcome desk at the Arrival Halls of the Beijing International Airport will be prepared for participants.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Any foreign visitors who wish to enter China must have a valid passport and apply for visa from the Chinese Embassy in their own country. The formal letter of invitation for visa application purpose will be sent to the participants after they have registered.

WEATHER
September in Beijing is comfortable with maximum temperature of 32.3 degree Celsius, minimum temperature of 14.9 degree Celsius and average temperature of 19.5 degree Celsius. Medium and light dress is recommended.

CURRENCY
Chinese Customs regulations place no restrictions on the amount of foreign currency brought in provided it is declared on arrival, and RMB 6000 yuan can be brought in.

ELECTRIC CURRENT
The electric current in use is 220 Volts 60 Hertz. Please check the power supply before using your equipment.

INSURANCE
The Congress organizers do not assume any liabilities for loss of property and personal injury. You are advised to carry your own accident, health and medical insurance.
